We’d like to say hi to all those who are now in North Carolina’s new 13th congressional district. That includes all those in Caswell, Person, Granville (minus downtown Oxford) Franklin, Johnston, Harnett, Lee, and parts of northern, eastern, and southeastern Wake county.
